Vacant staging starts from £949 depending on size, rooms required and styling scope. Vacant staging is for homes where the owners furniture could have gone into storage for the sale and the property is not getting offers as people cannot envisage themselves living there. A property was perhaps rented and the landlord no longer wishes to let the property and wants to sell. Or a probate property where a relative has passed away and the family want the home shown in best light. We can also offer house / home clearance , cleaning and decluttering for any of the above which our clients have found most helpful.

Hire periods are typically around 6 weeks unless otherwise agreed. Our 6 week hire can include furniture and all accessories such as rugs, lighting , wall art , kitchen and bathroom accessories and even garden furniture and accessories.

Staging is best to be done prior to the estate agents photographer taking pictures before the property goes to market however we do have clients coming to us when their property has been listed with no furniture and not selling so we carry out staging and can arrange for photography to be redone included in our staging package.

Here at Styled2Sell we would ideally like 7 days notice prior to staging. We have been know to stage with 48 hours before the photographer has been when the estate agent has suggested staging would help the sale. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
