Glenda’s hotel operations experience with Forte and Macdonald Hotels also shaped her understanding of serviced accommodation and investment property performance — where presentation, layout and guest experience can influence occupancy, nightly rates and overall commercial return. She later became a director in an award-winning IT recruitment company at just 24, gaining early experience in leadership, negotiation, client management and sales under pressure.
Her property career developed overseas, first in Spain, where she led a team of 15 agents selling property to international buyers, and later as UK Operations Manager for clients buying into multimillion-dollar property developments in Brazil. These roles gave her direct insight into buyer psychology, emotional decision-making, sales confidence and the importance of presentation in high-value property transactions.
Alongside this, Glenda has worked as a landlord, property investor and BRRR project manager, giving her practical experience in refurbishment, rental appeal, ROI and preparing property for market. Her background as a KBB designer further strengthened her eye for layout, function, finishes, lighting and the rooms that strongly influence buyer perception.
